Description:
On the ground floor: living room 35 to 40 m2 with 2 couches cozy with drawer for a complete bed for 2 people each, a flat screen TV, table games, a cast iron wood stove in the fireplace. Nearby is a laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer and toilet. Still on the ground floor, kitchen, dining room of 30 m2, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob and hood and all necessary equipment for a dozen people. (Dishes for 15 people). Under the stairs, a cupboard and cloakroom another for necessary maintenance.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms. One with a 140x190 bed, a cupboard and a toilet (shower and washbasin storage). One with 3 beds: 2, 90x200 and one 90x190, one storage cupboard. One with a bed of 160x200, the storage is in the access corridor. A bathroom with a shower and two sinks on storage. A separate toilet. Providing linens and towels. Everything is new except the bed of 90x190.
The sleeping capacity is 7 people on the floor plus 4 on the sofas.
